- clear photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- unworn and unused
- in the same condition that you received it
- with original tags attached, when applicable
- in its original packaging, when applicable
- accompanied by proof of purchase

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
For size, fit, or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
A return address and instructions will be provided only after your return request is approved.
Please do not send your item to the original sender, manufacturer, or supplier address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund without requiring the item to be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- gift cards
- final sale items
- items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or used
- items without original tags, when applicable
- items returned without prior approval
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get a different size, color, or item is to request a return first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once your return or refund request has been reviewed, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that your bank, card provider, or payment service may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Order Issues
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, selected the wrong size, or ordered the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible.
