At GoldFashion, we work to process and ship your order as smoothly as possible.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

This processing time includes:

- order verification
- product preparation
- packaging
- supplier fulfillment

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, shipping method, carrier, customs processing, and logistics conditions.

Estimated delivery times:

- Europe: 7 to 15 business days
- United States: 7 to 12 business days
- Other countries: 10 to 20 business days

In some cases, delivery may be faster or may take longer due to factors outside our control.

3. Free Shipping

GoldFashion offers free shipping on eligible orders and products, as displayed on our website or at checkout.

If free shipping is available for your order, no additional shipping cost will be charged at checkout.

Shipping conditions may vary depending on destination, product type, or promotional campaign.

4. Tracking

All orders include a tracking number whenever available.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Please note that tracking updates may take 2 to 5 business days to appear in the carrier’s system after shipment.

5. Separate Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately.

This can happen when products are fulfilled from different suppliers, warehouses, or logistics partners.

If your items arrive separately, this does not mean the rest of your order is missing.

6. Delays

We do our best to meet the estimated delivery times, but delays may occur due to:

- high order volume
- carrier delays
- customs processing
- weather conditions
- logistics limitations
- public holidays
- circumstances outside our control

GoldFashion is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external logistics issues.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Depending on your country, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges may apply.

These charges are not controlled by GoldFashion and are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We recommend checking your local import rules before placing an order.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.

GoldFashion is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, reshipping may require an additional fee.

9. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days after shipment, please contact us at:

We will review the tracking information and investigate the issue.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

- a replacement
- store credit
- or a refund
