Shipping

Shipping is free on every order to the countries we deliver to. Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment and then shipped with tracking.

Estimated delivery times (after processing)

These are estimates. Customs, carriers and busy seasons can add time. If your order has several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking updates can take 2–5 business days to appear in the carrier's system.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the EU may be charged import duties or taxes by customs in your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Brazil: Brazilian customs may charge import taxes of up to 50% plus ICMS when the parcel arrives. Please check the import rules before you order.

Returns

You can return items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received them, with original tags attached where applicable.

How to return

1. Email goldfashionsupport@gmail.com with your order number, the item and the reason for the return.
2. We reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back before we approve the return.
3. For size, fit or change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping.

Refunds

Once the return is approved, the refund goes to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Email us as soon as your order arrives, with your order number and clear photos or a video. Depending on the case, we send a replacement, give store credit or refund you, and we may not need the item back.

• Items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered
