Sizing
Do your products run true to size?
Most of our pieces follow Asian sizing, which runs smaller than EU or US sizes. We recommend going up 1–2 sizes. Each product page lists its measurements, and our Size Guide has general charts.
What if I'm between sizes?
Go for the larger size. For oversized styles you can size down for a closer fit.
Shipping
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on every order to the countries we deliver to.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–5 business days. Delivery then takes 7–15 business days to the EU, 7–12 to the US and 10–20 to Canada, Brazil and Australia. See Shipping & Returns for details.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you get a tracking number by email. Updates can take 2–5 business days to appear.
Do I have to pay customs fees?
Orders shipped outside the EU may be charged customs fees by your country. These are the customer's responsibility.

Can I change or cancel my order?

My order hasn't arrived. What do I do?
If it's past the delivery estimate, email goldfashionsupport@gmail.com with your order number and we'll check the tracking.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, for unworn and unwashed items in their original condition. See Shipping & Returns.
I received a wrong or defective item. What now?
Email goldfashionsupport@gmail.com with your order number and photos as soon as it arrives. We'll sort it out at no cost to you.
